Hangjung Zo is a Professor of Digital Innovation Management at the School of Business and Technology Management, KAIST, Daejeon, Republic of Korea. He received his Ph.D. in IT Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA. His research interests include digital innovation management, digital transformation, and the impacts of digital technology on business and society. His papers have appeared in IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, Decision Support Systems, Journal of Business Research, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, and Computers & Education, among others. He is the Director of the Center for Technology Management and Innovation at KAIST.

Ir (Engineer) Eric Chan is the Chief Public Mission Officer of Hong Kong Cyberport, where he leads strategic initiatives to foster innovation and technology development, nurture start-ups, drive digital transformation and empower young entrepreneurs in Hong Kong. A Chartered Engineer accredited by the UK Engineering Council and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Mr Chan brings over three decades of leadership experience in the ICT sector, having held senior executive roles at multinational corporations. Mr Chan is also serving as Adjunct Professor at the City University of HK.
Mr Chan is deeply committed to public service, particularly in education, industry training, and knowledge development. He currently serves as:
• Chairperson of the Industry Training Advisory Committee (ICT Sector)
• Chairman of the Knowledge Management Development Center
• Member of the Gifted Education Committee, Education Bureau, HKSAR
• Member of various university advisory boards
His work reflects a strong dedication to advancing digital economy, promoting lifelong learning, and strengthening Hong Kong’s position as a leading innovation hub in the Asia-Pacific region.

Viet Hue Nguyen, Deputy Head of Division at the Agency for Private Enterprise and Cooperative Development (APED) under the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, has served as an editorial team member for the Law Assistance for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Vietnam. She is currently in charge of digital transformation for SMEs within the agency and contributed to drafting the digital transformation policy section of Decree No. 80/2021/ND-CP on supporting SMEs. Since then, she has been implementing the National Digital Transformation Program 2021–2025 across Vietnam. She also mobilizes the private sector to support SMEs and cooperates with international organizations to carry out projects in digitalization and green transition in Vietnam. In the future, she plans to propose initiatives within the APEC framework to promote cooperation in supporting the digitalization and twin transition of SMEs.

Dr. Zaki Khoury is the Lead of the Korea Digital Development Program (KoDi) and a Senior Digital Specialist at the World Bank. His work focuses on supporting client governments to harness digital transformation for inclusive growth, resilience, and innovation. He advises forward-looking digital policies and investments in next-generation infrastructure - including cloud, data, and AI - while promoting the use of digital platforms for efficient public service delivery and the strategic reuse of data for development impact.
Dr. Khoury currently leads digital engagements across the East Asia and Pacific (EAP) and Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions. He is a recognized thought leader in AI for development, data governance, and innovation, and contributes to global knowledge products and cross-sectoral initiatives within the World Bank. He also served as a member of the OECD Network of Experts on AI (ONE AI).
A strong advocate of multistakeholder collaboration, Dr. Khoury works closely with governments, industry leaders, and development partners to strengthen digital ecosystems and scale impact. He holds a PhD in Planning (UdeM), an MSc in Economics (UCL), and a BSc in Engineering (AU). He has also completed executive education at Harvard and McGill universities.
