Dr. Hyunwoo Kim, Director of the Regional Innovation Division at the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME), earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Kyungpook National University. Since joining KOSME, he has accumulated nearly 20 years of expertise in SME evaluation and diagnostics through his service in both regional headquarters and the head office. He is currently leading initiatives in SME co-growth, regulatory improvement, and regional industrial innovation
Mr. Lee is the Director General at Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KOTEC). He is working in the Global Cooperation Center leading major international projects; transferring of KOTEC’s own Technology appraisal system(KTRS) overseas including Peru, Costa Rica and Europe. He also played major role in starting KOTEC’s first overseas branch in Singapore for supporting Korean start-ups global expansion and now works for the second office in the USA. Prior to this position, Mr. Lee took charge of conducting special technology apptraraisal at Central Technology Appraisal Institution and Technology Appraisal Department over 20 years. He got his bachelor and master degree at Hanyang University.
Mr. Jae-Woo Kim, Deputy General Manager at the Korea Federation of Credit Guarantee Foundations, has over 20 years of experience in IT service planning and implementation. In 2022, as Head of the Digital Finance Department, he led digital transformation initiatives including the development of an in-house mobile application and the adoption of public MyData services. He is currently serving in the Guarantee Planning Department, where he is responsible for developing new products and improving business processes.
Jaehyeong Lee is the Head of the Department of financial of support at the Small Enterprize and Market Service(SEMAS). He was appointed to this position in July 2024 and is dedicated to providing financial assistance to small business. His career at SEMAS includes serving as the lead of the Risk Management Team in January 2022 and the Credit Management Team in January 2024. Key initatives under his leadership include the expansion of financial supoort for low-credit small business and the enlargement for refinancing loan programs in 2024. In 2025, he is also managing programs to stabilization and growth of small businesses in the Republic of korea
Hyo-Hwan Yoon is the Head of Fund Investment Division (Senior Managing Director) at Korea Venture Investment Corp. Since joining the company in July 2005, he has held a range of leadership positions, including Head of Investment Operation Division, Head of Investment Management Division, Head of Global Investment Division, and Head of Corporate Planning Division. Prior to this, he served as Manager at Dasan Venture (Venture Capital), from 2000 to 2005, joining as a founding member of the firm, which later became the predecessor of Korea Venture Investment Corp.
