Felipe Bahamondes Moya (Chair)
Senior Economist / Sercotec

Felipe Bahamondes currently serves as Senior Economic Advisor at Sercotec. He holds a Ph.D. in International Economics from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva, where he also obtained a Master’s degree in International Economics. His research has focused on the trade relationships between importers and exporters, rules of origin, and economic concentration in export markets. Previously, he served as an advisor to the National Council for Children at the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency of Chile and as a research analyst at the National Commission for Scientific and Technological Research (Conicyt).

Vorapoj Pransanpanich
Assistant director / Office of SMEs Promotion

Vorapoj Prasanpanich is a Assistant Director - General at the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Thailand. His education background, he had B.S. in Applied Statistics, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Lardkrabang, Thailand, and MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce, USA with areas of specialization in Information System, Economics, and Applied Statistics. He has 20 years of experience as a researcher, strategist, and policy planner on economic and social development and knowledge management area. For the last 2 years, he has focused on developing digital infrastructures such as tools and service systems for SMEs promotion ecosystem in Thailand.

Ceo & Founder / AgUni

Mijin Gwon is the Founder & CEO of AgUni, a leading vertical agtech company redefining agriculture as an intelligent ecological system at the intersection of technology, healthcare, climate, and finance. She pioneered Korea’s first agricultural CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) model, enabling standardized production of functional crops and customized prescription agriculture based on digital cultivation rights. Under her leadership, AgUni developed and commercialized proprietary technologies including the “AgDome,” a climate-resilient smart farming facility, and “Growide,” a modular vertical farming system based on soil cultivation. These technologies enable high-quality, data-driven crop production tailored for health-oriented markets. She was awarded the Grand Prix at the 2021 APEC BEST AWARD, chosen among 21 member economies, and is now spearheading the global rollout of AgUni’s innovations, including at CES 2026. Kwon has served as a speaker and judge at key international forums such as APEC, FAO, and ADB, and continues to position agriculture not merely as food production, but as an integrated engine for planetary health, digital transformation, and resilient value chains. In South Korea, AgUni is also recognized as a national flagship agri-tech company, officially selected as an A-Ventures representative enterprise by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, and recently featured as the lead company in the government-led campaign to elevate the value of agriculture and rural development in 2025. As the government’s key private sector partner in advancing future agriculture, Kwon leads a scalable platform for agricultural innovation grounded in technology, data, and strategic execution.

Christian Quijada Torres
Senior Private Sector Development Specialist

Cristian Quijada Torres is a Senior Private Sector Development Specialist at the World Bank, based in the Seoul office (Seoul Finance and Innovation Center). Areas of expertise and interest include private sector development, innovation, technology diffusion and adoption, entrepreneurship, clean production, clusters and value chain development, smart and competitive cities, impact evaluation and investment climate. He is a chemical engineer who started his career as a research and process engineer with the Eastman Kodak Company. He later pursued graduate studies at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and MIT’s Urban Studies and Planning Department, focusing on economic development. He has work experience in various countries in Latin America, Africa and Asia.

Jihyun Bang
Senior Policy Analyst / SMEE Division, OECD

Jian BANG is a senior policy analyst at the OECD Center for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities (CFE), specializing in SMEs and startups. Her work primarily focuses on the twin transition of SMEs-Digital and Green- and on analyzing national startups ecosystems and related policies. Prior to joining the OECD, Jian served as a government official at the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in the Republic of Korea, where she designed and implemented numerous projects aimed at boosting Korea’s startups and SMEs. Jian holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore (Singapore) and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Korea University (Korea).
